San Bernardino County Fire Department has partnered with Children’s Fund to distribute toys to nonprofit organizations in San Bernardino County this holiday season. We do not provide toys directly to individuals and encourage residents to join forces with nonprofit organizations in their community to request toys.
Residents may also call 2-1-1 or information regarding toy drives and resources in their area.
If you are a nonprofit organization, please complete the toy request form below including your 501(c)3 Tax ID number for verification. After submission, applicants will receive the Toy Request Accountability Form, which must be then submitted to COG@childrensfund.org in Excel format.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES ON ACCOUNTABILITY FORM MUST MATCH NUMBER ENTERED ON APPLICATION OR APPLICATION MAY BE DENIED.
While Children’s Fund will do our very best to meet all the needs, please know that there is no guarantee that you will receive toys. In the event that your application is accepted, you will be contacted through the channels provided. Organizations will then have a 24-hour window to pick up their orders. The final day for toy pick-up is December 17.
