Imagine This...
A family finds itself displaced and homeless. Children and Family Services get involved due to a suspected child welfare issue, adding to their unfortunate situation. Between losing their home and the risk of being broken apart as a family, things seem dire.
Their last-ditch effort is a call to 211 in hopes of a lifeline to save them from this storm. They find it. They get connected to Children's Fund and our partner organizations. We were able to provide:

35 nights in a hotel to keep the family safe and off the streets.

Gift cards for groceries, gas, clothing, and hygiene to ensure their immediate needs were met.

Advocacy for their family, preventing their separation.
This simple safety net changed the course of this family's lives. Today, the family is safe, stable, and thriving.
