Entry Period
Entries will be accepted from 12:00 a.m. PDT on August 4, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. PDT on August 18, 2026.
Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Current Children's Fund employees and immediate family members of employees are not eligible to win.
How to Enter
Post a video to our Facebook or Instagram, or Submit one original written story (maximum 500 words) or one original video (maximum 3 minutes) describing how Children's Fund has impacted your life or your work as a community partner.
All entries must be submitted through the official contest form.
Limit one entry per person.
Verification
Children's Fund reserves the right to verify participant identity and the authenticity of each submission. Entries that cannot be verified or are found to contain false or misleading information may be disqualified.
Winner Selection
Eligible entries will be entered into an opportunity drawing.
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided during entry.
Prize
One winner will receive:

Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Minimum Entry Requirement
A minimum of 20 eligible entries must be received during the contest period. If fewer than 20 eligible entries are received, Children's Fund reserves the right to cancel the contest and not award the prize.
Rights to Submitted Content
Participants retain all ownership and copyright of their submitted written or recorded stories.
By entering the contest, participants grant Children's Fund permission to review their submission solely for the purpose of administering the contest.
If a submission is identified as particularly impactful or inspiring, Children's Fund may contact the participant separately to request permission to feature, reproduce, or share the story in future marketing, fundraising, educational, or promotional materials. No submission will be used beyond the administration of this contest without the participant's express consent.
The winning submission may be shared by Children's Fund in connection with the announcement of the contest winner. Prior to any public use of the winning submission, Children's Fund will contact the winner to confirm their permission and discuss how the story will be presented.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this contest and in accordance with Children's Fund's privacy practices.
General Conditions
Children's Fund reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or administration of the promotion.
